The Quality Department, as the core link of the factory, is fully responsible for the entire process of quality control from raw material entry, component processing to complete machine assembly.

Tugou Technology

Has a 5,000 square meter modern standard factory. It is a source factory focused on the research and manufacturing of CO₂ rapid cooling technology. The factory has passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification. Equipped with advanced CNC machining centers and precision testing equipment. From core component processing to finished product assembly, the entire chain is independently controlled to ensure stable product quality.

Located in the urban area of Dongyuan County, at the county exit of the Yuegan and Hemei expressways, with a planned total area of 4.6 square kilometers, and a park area of about 94.46 acres, it is an important part of Dongyuan County's "4+1" urbanization platform. In the future, it will promote the integration of the Yandong Modern Logistics Park, Xiantang Industrial Park, and Butterfly Ridge Industrial Park into a "three parks in one" model, integrating space and improving supporting facilities, aiming to build it into a main base for undertaking industrial transfer from the "Dual Districts".
