📋 Product Registration and Extended Warranty Guide

Register your product to enjoy an additional 3 months of extended warranty and priority technical support

🔍 Why Register Your Product?

After purchasing a Tugou Technology product, we strongly recommend that you register immediately. After registration, you will receive:

📌 Step 1: Find the Serial Number

Each Tugou Technology device has a serial number label on the bottom or back:

• Dry Ice Machine / Ice Cup Machine: The serial number is located on the bottom of the device, in the format 0126XXXXXXXX
• Accessories: The serial number is on the product packaging label

🌐 Step 2: Visit the Support Center

Open your browser and go to the following address:

🔎 Step 3: Check Warranty Status

Enter the serial number in the search box on the Support Center page and click Search:

The search results will show:

• Product Model and Name
• 当前保修状态（在保 / 过保 / 未销售）
• Warranty Start and End Dates

📝 Step 4: Register the Product

If the product is not yet registered, a "Register Now" button will appear below the search results:

After clicking, a registration form will pop up. Fill in:

• Name — Your full name
• Email Address — Used to receive verification email
• Phone Number — So we can provide technical support

📧 Step 5: Email Verification

After submitting the registration information, the system will send a verification email to your email address:

Click the link in the email to complete verification and activate the extended warranty service.
